Course Description

Autodesk Vehicle Tracking (AVT) is one of the most powerful vehicle-swept path analysis programs on the market. This one-day course will give you the skills to undertake simple and complex analyses.

Objectives

The course's primary objective is to familiarise students with the concepts and application of the essential functions of AVT swept path and car parking tools. After completing this course, students should be able to create, edit, analyse, view and report on swept path analyses; create and edit vehicles; create animations; create and edit parking layouts, and import and export data.

Who Should Attend

Civil engineers, technicians, or draughting personnel working with AutoCAD are involved in road design projects.

Prerequisite: Students should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD or later and knowledge of road and junction design. Students should have access to AutoCAD, MAP 3D or Civil 3D.

• Create and edit vehicles      
• Create animations
• Create and edit parking layouts
• Import and export data
