Forma Data Management (formerly known as Autodesk Docs)

Forma Data Management gives you all the features you need to easily manage and share all project documents (both internally and with partners). Create markups and issues, and use the standardised workflow to share documents. The integrated viewer lets you view many different file formats directly in the app or browser. AutoCAD, IFC and Revit files can be easily viewed and immediately become part of a centralised document management solution. This gives all project teams a single source of truth throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Account members with executive level access can open the executive overview across all projects.

Forma Build (formerly known as Autodesk Build)

Forma Design Collaboration (formerly known as Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro)

With Forma Design Collaboration, you can make the most of the collaboration possibilities in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D and Civil 3D. In Forma, you set up a collaboration environment in which the "dynamic files" are managed so that you can collaborate with the team. In this environment, you also coordinate the models and avoid collisions through automatic collision detection. With the timeline, you have a visual overview and control over the upload models of the shared models and packages between the different teams.

Forma Takeoff (formerly known as Autodesk Takeoff)

The Takeoff module allows you to accurately generate quantities from both 2D floor plans and elevations, as well as 3D models, all within the same Common Data Environment (CDE) that your project team uses, namely Forma Data Management. With Takeoff, you can create competitive budgets more efficiently, as it helps extract precise 2D quantities and automatically generates quantities from 3D models. To access Forma Takeoff:

  1. Navigate to your project list.
  2. Select a project to go to Takeoff home, the overview page for Forma Takeoff.
  3. If you don't have Forma Build, accept the project invite - this directs you to the Forma Data Management files tool.
  4. Use the product picker drop-down menu in Docs to navigate to Autodesk Takeoff.

Autodesk Cost
