This acquisition strengthens NTI’s position as a leader in digital solutions helping drive sustainability innovation in the built environment, advancing sustainability and compliance in
construction.

NTI Group (‘NTI’) is excited to announce the acquisition of Real-Time LCA, through the acquisition of Gaiup ApS (the company behind Real-Time LCA), and thereby strengthening NTI’s suite of productivity and quality assurance software for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries. This acquisition adds powerful technology designed to empower professionals to reduce the climate impact of construction projects in an increasingly regulated environment.

Real-Time LCA is a cutting-edge, award winning, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) SaaS solution designed to help the building industry accurately, efficiently, and collaboratively reduce and document the climate impact of design and construction processes. The platform enables realtime data-driven decision-making, empowering stakeholders to meet sustainability targets with accuracy and transparency.
