NTI Group appoints Thomas Gudman as new CEO

With a strong background in software and consulting, Thomas Gudman brings extensive leadership experience from Salesforce, PwC, Kearney and Microsoft, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer for Global Services at Salesforce. With an international background, Thomas has lived and worked across the Nordics, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Australia, and the US - bringing a global perspective and deep cross-cultural insight to his new role. His proven ability to lead service-oriented teams and deliver value to clients aligns perfectly with NTI’s mission to empower customers through tailored digital solutions and hands-on expertise.

As part of the planned transition, departing CEO Steen Alexander will take on a newly created role as Senior Vice President (SVP) Group Affairs where he will, among other things, oversee the integration of the many companies that have joined NTI Group in recent years.

The leadership transition comes at a time of sustained growth and international expansion for NTI, which has become one of the world’s largest Autodesk partners. The company’s growth has been fueled by its commitment to delivering high-impact services, from consulting and implementation to training and long-term support – a development further accelerated since private equity firm Axcel became majority owner in 2022.
