NTI Group welcomes Brazilian GRAPHO Software and VIRTUAL Automação

NTI Group, a leading software and service provider to the construction, design, manufacturing and media & entertainment industries, today announced the acquisition of GRAPHO Software and its subsidiary VIRTUAL Automação. The NTI Group thereby further expands its footprint in Brazil one year after entering the Brazilian market.



NTI Group (‘NTI’) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Brazilian GRAPHO Software and its subsidiary VIRTUAL Automação, marking a significant milestone in NTI’s continued growth across Brazil. This acquisition expands NTI’s presence in the southern region of Brazil and adds four new locations to its existing network of 12 locations across Brazil.

GRAPHO Software and VIRTUAL Automação are Autodesk Gold Partners servicing the construction, design and manufacturing industries primarily operating in the southern part of Brazil.  Both companies have been active in the CAD and Engineering space for more than 39 years.

As a part of the integration, Paulo Onuchic, Managing Director of NTI’s Brazilian company MAPData, will assume the role of Managing Director for the combined entities. In the months to come the three companies (MAPData, GRAPHO Software and VIRTUAL Automação) will become one company unified under the NTI brand.
