NTI Group welcomes Creative Tools Sweden AB!

NTI Group, Europe’s leading software and services provider to the construction, design, and manufacturing industries, has today announced the acquisition of Creative Tools.

NTI Sweden ('NTI') has, on February 29, acquired Swedish Creative Tools, which now becomes part of NTI. With this, NTI is extending its gaming, film, and VFX industry solutions to the Nordic market, serving as a strong addition to the existing construction and manufacturing industry offerings. Since the acquisition of Cadcraft in the spring of 2022, NTI has solidified its position as the market-leading Autodesk partner for the manufacturing industry, offering services and solutions for increased efficiency and competitiveness.

Creative Tools AB, a leading solutions provider in the Nordics, specialises in innovative 2D and 3D tools for the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry. With a broad range of software tailored for both beginners and professional creators, the company, based in Halmstad with a team of 6 employees, has been a trusted partner in the M&E market since 2004. Its mission is to provide professionals with the creative tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their work.

Through the acquisition, NTI will now be able to leverage the extensive experience of Creative Tools in the gaming, film, and VFX -industry. Alongside Bluegfx, acquired by the NTI Group in the fall of 2023, Creative Tools will contribute to further strengthening NTI's footprint in the European Media and Entertainment market.

Further expansion in the Nordics

Through the acquisition, NTI will now be able to leverage the extensive experience of Creative Tools in the gaming, film, and VFX -industry. Alongside Bluegfx, acquired by the NTI Group in the fall of 2023, Creative Tools will contribute to further strengthening NTI's footprint in the European Media and Entertainment market. We also see clear synergies and growth potential within the construction and manufacturing industry, where the demand for high-quality visualisation, graphics, and video is constantly increasing.”
