The acquisition marks a significant milestone in NTI's expansion across Latin America. By combining NTI’s global infrastructure and comprehensive software portfolio with Cadbim’s deep technical expertise in high-complexity engineering projects, the acquisition creates a strong combined offering for the AEC sector.
Headquartered in São Paulo, Cadbim has built a solid track record over the past few years in complex projects involving corporate BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination, 4D/5D BIM, technical information management, common data environments (CDEs), asset digitization, and integration between engineering, planning, procurement, and operations.
The acquisition represents another strategic step by NTI in strengthening its presence in the Latin American market, expanding not only its commercial and technological operations but also its consulting and operational capabilities in specialized digital engineering services.
In the coming months, the two companies (NTI Brasil and Cadbim) will continue operations under NTI Brasil, led by Virgilio Rocca as Managing Director. Cadbim will continue to operate with its specialized technical team as a part of NTI Brasil. Rodrigo Mioni will assume the role of Director of AEC Consultancy at NTI Brasil, while maintaining close relationships with clients and partners.
Joining forces and strengthening the offering
The acquisition allows NTI Brasil to offer a comprehensive end-to-end ecosystem, covering everything from software licensing and deployment to advanced BIM methodology training and technical project support. With this integration, clients will benefit from an even more robust structure, connecting NTI's international experience with Cadbim's technical and operational capabilities developed in highly complex projects across the data center, industry, infrastructure, retail, healthcare, and building sectors.
