NTI Group ("NTI") today announces the acquisition of Cadesign base, strengthening NTI Denmark's capabilities within managed IT and enabling Danish customers to bring together software, IT infrastructure and digital services through a single trusted partner. In the months to come Cadesign base will become a part of NTI Denmark.

For more than 30 years, Cadesign base has helped companies working with CAD and engineering applications build and manage the IT environments that support their business. Today, the company provides managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions, with particular expertise in supporting customers across the architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing industries.
