Autodesk subscription models

Flexible subscription models that are designed for your business

Flexible subscription models to suit your needs

When you invest in Autodesk products through NTI, you get access to flexible and thoughtful subscription models that are designed to meet the needs of different types of businesses. You can choose between signing up for a one- or three-year subscription – a smart choice for companies that want a stable and predictable licensing solution.

For those with more varied usage needs, we also offer Autodesk Flex, where you only pay for actual use. It is an ideal solution for, for example, project-based work, temporary employees or teams that do not use the software daily.

Subscription length

Annual subscription

Our most popular model. Gives you unlimited access to the software for a full year with the benefits of continuous updates. Easy to budget and provides the flexibility to evaluate the tools annually.

Multi-year subscription

For those who want to secure long-term access to Autodesk tools while protecting themselves from price adjustments and currency fluctuations. With a three-year license, you avoid annual renewal and in addition get extra benefits around administration and cost control.

Renewals: How to renew your Autodesk license – easy and smooth

We are having continues conversations about renewals with our customers and renewing Autodesk licenses is easy – and crucial to being able to continue working without interruption. Regardless of whether you have an annual license or a multi-year subscription, we ensure that you receive the right support well in advance of the expiration date.

We will contact you before the renewal with information about the current number of licenses and renewal date. Maybe it's time to scale up, adjust the number of users or switch to another model that better matches your business? For those of you who manage multiple licenses or have complex needs, we can also offer help with coordination and administration before the renewal.

When you renew through us, you not only get continued access to tools from Autodesk, but also the latest software and the updates that are included in your plan. We ensure that you avoid unnecessary hassle and can instead focus fully on your projects.

We help you ensure that your licenses are always up to date. While automatic renewal is not available for all customer and license types, we support you throughout the renewal process so that your subscription is not at risk of expiring. Contact us to find the licensing plan that best suits your needs.

The rest is just as before – you will continue having NTI as your partner throughout the entire process, with advice, quotes, support and training.

Frequently asked questions

Subscription periods

Subscription orders are processed immediately and can only be cancelled by contacting us. You can cancel your new one- or three-year subscription within 30 days.

Here at our website under Support there is information about how you can purchase a support agreement with us, as well as contact information.

The software you subscribe to can be installed on up to three devices. However, only the named user can log in and use the software on one computer at a time.

Yes. Administrators can have a combination of Flex and subscriptions for their users.

When a user is assigned both subscriptions and Flex, subscriptions are used before tokens. For example, if the user is assigned Flex and a subscription to AutoCAD, the user uses the subscription when the user opens AutoCAD and not the token. If the user opens Revit without a subscription, she uses the token.

Standard and business plans

The Standard plan has no minimum requirements. All product subscriptions automatically include standard features and services. As a primary administrator, you can choose to upgrade to the Business plan if you have at least 50 subscriptions to Business-eligible products.

All product subscriptions include the Standard plan and are offered at local prices in your region.

Upgrading to an annual Business plan costs an additional €175 at the recommended list price per eligible product subscription per year*

All product subscriptions you purchase include the Standard plan. Please contact us directly if you would like to upgrade to Business.

All product subscriptions are automatically added to the Standard plan and there are no additional costs.

To upgrade to a Business plan, purchase the same number of Business subscriptions as you already have product subscriptions. We will look at your current number of underlying eligible product subscriptions and provide you with a quote.

Three-year Business plans only: for additional product subscriptions purchased during the three-year plan term, you must purchase the same number of additional Business subscriptions to continue to have access to the Business plan benefits for the additional product subscriptions.

You can purchase additional product subscriptions at any time and we will wait until the end of the year to accrue the additional Business subscriptions. We refer to this as your anniversary adjustment period. An adjustment period will occur at the end of your first and second years (the first and second anniversaries after your Business plan start date). During such a period, you will be informed of the number of Business Agreement subscriptions that you must add to match the number of product subscriptions you have added earlier in the year. Please note that we can only add Business Agreement subscriptions during the adjustment period.

If you wish to reduce the number of subscriptions on your Business Agreement, you can do so at your next renewal. You will then be able to adjust your number and purchase more or fewer Business Subscriptions, depending on your needs.
