With NTI, we will do our utmost to help all our customers with the help regardless of the problem. For those who need help to use the software, it might be a good idea to make a hotline agreement, which gives you free telephone access to our consultants.


Hotline: Agreement signed on the named products and specific individuals. The service is limited to support the use of the functionality of the software. Most user issues resolved by phone. We make only one condition, and it is they who contact us have completed courses or have equivalent knowledge of the software, as the agreement contains.

NTI's support Department will try to provide the best possible support to our customers regardless of whether the issue is covered by a support contract or not. It is a problem which does not concern the application of the functionality in the program, we will continue to do the utmost to help, but as to a standard hourly rate.
